This Semi Automatic Case Maker is designed to be operated by one or two people and is ideally designed for short run jobs. It is possible to glue with hot gelatin or cold vinyl glues, allowing the application of a case lining in a second-pass operation. Suitable for the production of book cases, ring files, box files, table top calendars, game boards, puzzle boards etc.
The gluing rollers are made of stainless steel for rust-free long life. Special regulation knobs are given for fine adjustment of the glue thickness, on any kind of materials. By use of the special register device in the center of the sheet, the exact positioning of the two boards and the spine strip are possible by following the print references on the sheet. Suction holes in the surface of the worktable fix the cloth/sheet in place and keep it smooth, and lay guides help to place the case board and center strip accurately in position.
The single turning unit is designed for flexibility, to work with different materials ensuring a tight corner wrap. After board fixing, the case is inserted manually into the turning in unit for each of the four sides. The calendaring unit removes the air bubbles in the case after turning-in; the rollers can be adjusted according to the thickness of the case.

Our organization is leading provider of Case Maker Machine to our clients. All the operations are executed by the operator sitting down in front of the machine. The operator passes the paper into the gluing unit. Under his seat are place n.02 foot Switches, The 1st Switch the coming out of some paper references placed on the suction plane, to get the exact placing of the paper. The 2nd Switch the vacuum system and coming down of the board reference device on the suction plane. The operator, after the gluing, laces the boards into the board device, Obtaining the maximum accuracy. Then, he pushes the product towards the turning in of the 4 sides in tow times. With the 1st operation are executed n.02 sides, then the product comes back on the suction plane, the operator starts the 4 corners by hand turns the product and pushes it again into the turning in unit for execution of the remaining 2 sides and for the total processing of the whole product. At this point the working process is finished and the final product comes out and it is collected into and inclined plane, placed behind the turning in unit.

The machine is designed with back-push feeding system, which is controlled pneumatically with simple and reasonable structure. The distance between stacker and feeding table is adjustable concentrically in the center. This operation is carried out very easily. All the operations are executed by the operator seated in front of the machine. The operator passes the cover materials into the gluing unit where it receives an even coating of hot gelatin glue. Utilizing foot switches, the operator controls the air suction plate for perfect registering of the cover material. By the use of suction bars, the Pearl model automatically places the board pieces accurately on to the cover material. After automatic placement of board the cover passes into the turning unit automatically. The machine is designed with two turning units. In the first turning unit 2 side folding and 4 corner tucking in takes places automatically and the cover moves to second turning unit where other 2 side folding takes place and final case delivered rear end. Turning unit is also designed for calendaring of case. The calendaring unit removes the air bubbles in the case before turning in. This machine also handles cases with a central window cut-out for photo album production. At this point the working process is completed and the final product is delivered to the rear of the machine on an inclined delivery table.
